Effect: You may use the following modifiers with your Qi Strike:
Howling [Opener]
Keywords: Metaphysical, Sonic.
Action Change: This power becomes a Focus Action with FT 1. If it is already a Focus Action, increase the FT by 1
Cost: REC +2, 2 Stamina Burn
Effect: Your strike unleashes the voice of the storm. After the attack, you become surrounded in an Aura (20ft) of destructive noise that deals [3 x Qi Rank] Sonic damage. The Aura persists until you recover from this power.
Lightning [Transformation]
Keywords: Metaphysical, Lightning.
Action Change: This power becomes a Focus Action with FT 1. If it is already a Focus Action, increase the FT by 1
Cost: 1 Stamina Burn
Effect: Your Qi crackles with tempestuous power. Increase the damage of the attack by 1 WD and change the damage type to Lightning. Target an additional creature within 30ft of one of the other targets.
Monsoon [Heart]
Keywords: Metaphysical, Water.
Action Change: This power becomes a Focus Action with FT 2. If it is already a Focus Action, increase the FT by 2
Cost: REC +1, 3 Stamina, and 2 Stamina Burn
Effect: You conjure the full force of the monsoon. After the attack you create a 50ft diameter area of Torrential Rain centered on one of the targets. This rain persists for 2 rounds and cannot be moved once formed.
Bolt [Finisher]
Action Change: This power becomes a Focus Action with FT 1. If it is already a Focus Action, increase the FT by 1
Cost: REC +3, 3 Stamina, and 2 Stamina Burn
Effect: You become a streak of living lightning, vanishing in a flash. Before the attack, teleport to a location within 50ft, leaving a crackling line of energy 5ft wide between your start and end points. The attack now deals Lightning damage and targets all creatures in that line.
Special: You must have line of perception and line of effect to your destination.
