Effect: You may use the following modifiers with your Qi Strike:
Gleaming [Opener]
Keywords: Metaphysical.
Action Change: This power becomes a Focus Action with FT 2. If it is already a Focus Action, increase the FT by 2
Cost: 1 Stamina, and 1 Stamina Burn
Effect: Before you strike, your Qi radiates a burst of celestial brilliance, searing the senses of nearby foes. Make an attack:
Range: 15ft
Target: All creatures within range that have direct line-of-sight to you.
Attack: Melee vs. Fortitude
Hit: The target is blinded by the burst for 1 segment. In addition to normal vision, this also affects Darkvision, Lifesense, and Dragonsense.
Platinum [Transformation]
Keywords: Metaphysical.
Cost: 3 Stamina, 1 Stamina Burn
Effect: Your strike resonates with divine clarity. When making attack rolls or critical percentage rolls for this power, roll twice and take the best result.
Heaven [Heart]
Cost: 1 Stamina
Effect: Infuse your Qi with the essence of the upper planes. Change the damage type to Radiant and Force.
Lance [Finisher]
Keywords: Metaphysical.
Cost: REC +2, 1 Stamina
Effect: With a thrust of divine intent, your Qi coalesces into a brilliant lance of judgment. Target up to two additional creatures in a straight line from the primary target with a single attack roll. These targets may be up to 60ft away from the first target.
