The Annihilation keyword indicates a power that deals Annihilation Damage or is otherwise tied to destructive forces that unravel the very fabric of reality. Powers with this keyword often bypass conventional resistances and may inflict irreversible harm or existential disintegration.
Annihilation effects do not break through defenses; they erase them. Even barriers and constructs made of pure Force, no matter how solid or arcane, can be unmade by Annihilation, reduced to scattered fragments of energy and memory.
